CT1 - SUPERFAST PLUS 50 ml – UNIQUE INSTANT ADHESIVE FOR MOST APPLICATIONS

CT1 Superfast Plus is a unique instant adhesive that bonds within seconds, thanks to a special formula based on 99% cyanoacrylate. Superfast Plus is likely one of the purest single-component adhesives on the market, solvent-free and primarily composed of ethyl cyanoacrylate monomer.

Superfast Plus offers temperature resistance from -30°C to +100°C and is resistant to solvents, oils, benzene, temperature fluctuations, and atmospheric conditions.

It does not shrink, performs excellently in bonded joints, and provides very high tensile shear strength. Due to its purity, Superfast Plus has a wide range of applications.

Unchanged on rigid PVC: 10–60 seconds

IN CURED STATE

Temperature resistance:

-25°C to +83°C

Short-term: -30°C to +100°C

Loss of hardness at dielectric strength: 160–170°C

Dielectric strength (DIN 53482): 11–13 kV/mm

Specific resistivity (DIN 53482): >10¹⁵ Ohm/mm

Soluble in:

Dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, acetonitrile-based solvents

Swells when immersed in:

Ethyl acetate, acetone, methylene chloride
