This exquisite fine art ceramic plate showcases a distinctive blue glaze and sophisticated textural elements on back side, making it perfect for elegant wall display or as a striking table centerpiece. Whether displayed as pure art or used functionally, this piece transforms any space with its unique beauty.
Meticulously handcrafted from premium stoneware clay, each plate undergoes an intensive creation process that reflects the artist's dedication to exceptional quality. The journey begins with a careful week-long drying period, allowing the clay to achieve optimal stability.
The first firing occurs in a precision electric ceramic kiln, reaching temperatures of 1100°C over approximately 10 hours, followed by a gradual 10-hour cooling cycle to ensure structural integrity. Once cooled, the plate receives the artist's signature glaze—a unique formulation developed through years of experimentation and refinement.
The final transformation takes place during a high-temperature firing at 1260°C, where intense heat permanently fuses the glaze to the ceramic body, creating the piece's characteristic flowing finish and luminous depth. This meticulous dual-firing process ensures both durability and the stunning visual effects that make each plate a true work of art.
Each piece is unique due to the handcrafted nature and natural variations in the glazing process.
